Mr. KS Kumar is the Vice President Human Resources at Castrol India Limited since Oct 2010, overseeing the HR function across the country. He is also part of the Castrol India Country Leadership Team.

With 22 years experience in Human Resources, Mr. Kumar has contributed across varied functions such as Factory Personnel, Corporate Industrial Relations, Compensation, Job Evaluation and Career Planning in specialist roles and has been leading the HR function for numerous organizations.
