Future Workforce Survey 2011

As a part of our ongoing research initiatives, we have been doing ‘causal research’ in India. One such study was on ‘Future workforce expectations’ done in 2008 and 2010-11 in India covering over 7500 respondents. The objective of this study was to understand and analyse the expectations of students who pass out of Engineering, Non-Engineering and Management Institutes and seek their views on various aspects of their job search process and their potential employer.

We are pleased to launch the 2012 edition of the Future Workforce Expectations survey.

The survey would be conducted on students of a chosen sample of institutions across the country. If you represent an Engineering, Non-Engineering or Management Institution and would like your students to participate in the survey, please write to us at response@assesspeople.com with details of your institution and your contact numbers and we will get in touch with you to coordinate the survey process.
