Dear HR Professional,
Greetings from AssessPeople!
We are glad to announce the release of the Future Workforce Survey 2012 report.
As you are aware, In 2008, AssessPeople had launched an independent research wing to do causal research in the area of workforce management and assessments. The research wing undertook a study to understand and analyse the expectations of students who pass out of Engineering, non-engineering and management institutes and seek their views and perspectives on their job search process and choice of a potential employer. The study is of particular relevance since organisations are keen on understanding the fast changing future workforce preferences. The first two editions of the survey (2008 and 2010-11) were well received by the Industry and academia.
We are now happy to release the report for the third and current edition of the survey for 2012.
We invite you to download a copy of the report.
