Dr. Arup Varma
Dr. Arup Varma, is Indo-U.S. Professor of Management Studies at the Graduate School of Business, Loyola University Chicago (U.S.A.). Dr. Arup Varma is a Professor of Human Resource Management at Loyola University Chicago, having joined Loyola in 1996.
Dr. Varma has published numerous scholarly articles and book chapters on key topics in Human Resource Management. He has taught courses in International and Strategic HRM, Staffing, Organisational Theory and Behaviour, Strategic Financial Analysis, Performance Management, Organisational Development & Change, etc. His current research looks at performance appraisal, and expatriate selection and evaluation.
He belongs to the XLRI Batch of '84 and is a Ph.D. (Industrial Relations & Human Resources), from Rutgers University, NJ. An outstanding teacher and researcher in his own right, he was awarded the 'Graduate School of Business Faculty of the Year - 2002-03.
He works with AssessPeople in guiding the strategic research initiatives and facilitates moves for partnerships with academic and research institutions in India and abroad.
When not at work he enjoys cooking and travelling.

Dr. RC holds a Doctorate in Statistics and has over thirty years of experience in teaching, research and consulting. His areas of expertise include Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Programming and Operations Research. He has been a resource person for many UGC sponsored courses and has published research papers in reputed national and international journals. He has also authored and Co-authored various research papers in statistics
An expert in the use of statistical packages and techniques, he brings an expert perspective to the validation and reliability studies conducted by the company.
J Subramaniam
Ram has over twenty two years of experience in USA as a software consultant. He brings with him an array of skills in software design, database architecture and internet technologies. He advises the company on product development, IT security and future technologies.

Anil is an alumnus of XLRI with over twenty eight years of combined experience in project management, international marketing, logistics consulting and entrepreneurship. He brings with him an array of skills in international collaborations, Marketing and logistics management. He advises the company in the areas of collaborations, logistics and event management.
